Dr. Eric J. Steinbrecher is a general dentist whose career encompasses independent practice ownership, continuing clinical education, restorative dentistry, and dental implant treatment.
Following his graduation from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2005, Dr. Steinbrecher began practicing as an associate dentist in 2006. This early experience provided a foundation for his clinical development and prepared him for the next stage of his career.
In 2007, Dr. Steinbrecher opened his own dental practice, taking the step into independent practice ownership. That same year, he pursued additional training in implant dentistry through courses with Dr. Jim Eggleston, expanding his clinical education in this area of dental treatment.
I have been in the dental field for over eight years. Every day I enjoy coming to work at Eggleston Dental Care because our team works together to help provide the best care for our patients. My passion has always been to educate patients and help them achieve optimal oral health, and I always try to make patients feel comfortable during their hygiene appointments. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, shopping, fitness, and spending time with my wonderful family.
I have been an RDH for almost 20 years and I have worked with Dr. Eggleston for 16 years. I love what I do and I am very passionate about my job and the health of my patients. I have been blessed to meet and become friends with many of our patients over the years. I have two girls 9 and 6 years old. They are the love of my life. I enjoy every day with them. We love being outside and going to the movies. If we are not around the Central Valley then you will find us on a beach. I love my job and working for Dr. Eggleston. He is an amazing dentist, employer and friend. He has an amazing family that I also consider part of my own. He always strives to do the best treatment possible for each and every patient. With more than 17 years of experience in dentistry, Alex Eggleston brings a unique combination of clinical knowledge, practice leadership, and compassionate patient care to Eggleston Dental Care.
Throughout her career, Alex has worked in nearly every aspect of the dental practice, with extensive experience in practice operations, treatment coordination, implant consultations, patient financing, and surgical assisting. She has developed a particular passion for comprehensive implant and full-mouth rehabilitation cases, helping patients understand their options and confidently navigate their treatment from the initial consultation through their final smile.
As an Implant Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager and member of the leadership team at Eggleston Dental Care, Alex works closely with Dr. Eggleston and the clinical team to create a seamless and highly personalized experience for each patient. She understands that choosing to undergo extensive dental treatment is about much more than teeth—it can be a significant emotional and financial decision. Her goal is to make that process comfortable, transparent, and approachable.
One of the most rewarding parts of Alex’s career is meeting patients who have spent years feeling embarrassed about their smile or struggling to eat comfortably and then watching their confidence change throughout their treatment. Being part of those transformations is what continues to make dentistry meaningful to her after nearly two decades in the profession.
Outside of the office, Alex is a devoted wife and mother of two boys. She enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking, reading, discovering cozy coffee shops and restaurants, and spending time with her family. She values continued education, meaningful relationships, and creating experiences and memories with the people she loves.

Hi, my name is Armida. Everyone calls me Armi or Muffi at work. My family calls me Mimi. I am an RDAEF2. I have been in the dental field for about 20 years. Dentistry has been one of my passions since I was a child. I always wanted to be a dentist. I grew up in Mexico and I got my DDS degree. I worked for 10 years in my own practice. I got married and moved to the United States and left everything behind. When I moved I had to start all over here. I love to work at Eggleston Dental because I love dentistry, and love to see all the smiles on our patients and their confidence they get after their dental work is completed. Our team rocks, especially Dr. Eggleston. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. I’m a mother of two beautiful boys and they are my life.
My name is Griselda and I have been in the dental field for 29 years. I truly enjoy working in the dental field. My name is Jeanie, and I am a dental consultant and one of the founders of Eggleston Dental Care. I have worked in dentistry for over 33 years, serving as a bookkeeper and a dental hygienist before becoming a dental consultant. I attended dental hygiene school in my fifties. Outside of work, I enjoy snorkeling and spending time with my great-grandchildren. I also love to bake, especially at Christmas, my favorite time of year.
